Effective in 2023, health insurance agents are required to have your prior consent to discuss Medicare products or government marketplace plans. Medicare's Scope of Appointment form is required 48 hours prior to meeting in person or by phone. The Marketplace Consent form is required before tax credits or plans can be discussed. Forms will be emailed or mailed to you when your appointment is scheduled.
